Our firm is pleased to announce the publication this summer of ‘Company and Business Legislation of the Netherlands’ by Kluwer Law International. This new book will contain a translation by Hans Warendorf, of counsel to our firm, and Richard Thomas, a solicitor in London, of the most interesting Dutch legislation in the field of company and business law. It will be a loose-leaf edition with the Dutch text of the law and the English translation juxtaposed.
This new book will replace earlier loose-leaf publications of the translation by Hans Warendorf and Richard Thomas of Dutch company law and business legislation, ‘Companies and other legal persons under Netherlands and Netherlands Antilles law ‘and ‘Netherlands Business Legislation’, respectively.

Hans Warendorf is working on a translation of the Civil Code of the Netherlands. This publication is planned to appear early in 2009. It will also contain a translation of Dutch family and inheritance law. The ‘Civil Code of the Netherlands’ will be co-authored by Richard Thomas and Dr. Ian Curry-Sumner.
