Henk Arnold Sijnja is a seasoned corporate lawyer, advising boards, management teams and investors on complex strategic and transactional matters. His practice covers domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth investments, as well as general corporate advisory work for corporates, firms, (semi-) public institutions and financial investors and for emerging and scale-up companies across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Warendorf Henk Arnold was a partner for eighteen years at leading international law firms, where he advised on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions. He combines boardroom-level counsel on corporate governance and legal strategy with pragmatic, commercially focused execution. It is Henk Arnold’s mission to help clients achieve growth, navigate change, and create lasting value — from start-up to boardroom — through clear, strategic, and effective legal guidance.

In addition, Henk Arnold is lecturer at the renowned program for supervisory directors and top management about corporate governance at the Erasmus Governance Institute.
